Obedience from the heart is not something that you can achieve by creating these policies or these systems. Obedience from the heart is not created from implementing disciplines. But obedience from the heart really comes from the person whose heart has been changed.
With the change of heart, God has made me see that I am, first and foremost, a child of God who is called to do business. I do business following godly principles and not this world.
The workplace is a ministry. A person who obeys from the heart has, at its heart, been changed by God. And that change will only come through Jesus Christ through the Gospel. Then we made it a point that every week the Gospel is preached in our workplace. — Jonathan Chiong
